About Me

I’m Sean O’Brien - a Los Angeles-based producer, songwriter, and guitarist. I’ve spent the last decade writing, performing, and producing across genres like indie rock, folk, pop, and experimental, collaborating with artists to help them refine their sound and bring their ideas to life. My background as a touring musician taught me the value of honesty and emotion in music - lessons I carry into every session I lead.

Shauno Studios was built from that same philosophy: that music should feel alive, human, and intentional. Whether we’re building a song from scratch or recording the final take, my goal is always to make the process creative, comfortable, and meaningful.
